Rental includes Seabird outdoor playground and access to 2 bathrooms in the office, we also have (2) 6‘ foldable tables for the party.

 

The rental price is $700 for the first 3 hours. Additional hours are $200/hour. Most parties last between 3-5 hours. However, if you have a large party or a performer, we suggest that you book for 4 hours minimum. The hours you book include set up and clean up time.

 

You can bring any food and drinks you’d like but no loose items like popcorn, confetti etc. You need to clean up after the party; our cleaning includes throwing away garbage and sanitizing the playground after the party.

 

To reserve the space we need to receive full prepayment. Weekends get filled up very fast, so we recommend not to delay your reservation.
